With approximately 40% size reduction for any equivalent flow diameter compared to conventional connectors, the solution enables more efficient packaging and integration within battery systems.

  • Three-point confirmation of proper assembly: Visual, mechanical/tactile and audible confirmation
  • Low insertion force for easier installation
  • Tool-assisted disassembly
  • Optional data matrix code for traceability, and to enable the detection of correct connection with a camera or other digital scanning tools

These features help reduce assembly errors while supporting quality control and compliance requirements.

Available in multiple diameters and configurations, the Selfy® XS can be tailored to meet specific application requirements. While optimized for battery cooling systems, it can also be used in other compact fluid management environments.
